We ensure your building experience will be as pleasant and stress-free as possible. We have streamlined the custom home building process so you know what you can expect at each step of the design and pre-construction stage.

Our custom design house building process

Stage 1

First meeting > Discuss the custom home building process step by step; design ideas and budget
Second meeting > Preliminary plans and contour survey
Third meeting > Review and perfect plans customised to suit your lifestyle needs. Once you are happy with the plans, they are then submitted to council for planning approval.

Stage 2

> Pre-construction service agreement
> Master Builders agreement prepared as well as the schedule of the work to be reviewed.

Stage 3

PRE-CONSTRUCTION, APPROVALS AND SELECTIONS
> Full copy of working drawings, consisting of floor plan, site plan, drainage plan, electrical plan, door and window schedule, and house elevations as well as 3D images of the house.
> Reports ordered where required, e.g., engineering, timber layout, energy reports, bushfire reports if required, acoustic, hydraulic design, landscaping (if applicable)
> Allocated staff member to run through selections and create personalised selection booklets based on wide variety of choices; example attached for your reference.
> Development application (council) and CC (private certifier) Or CDC (private certifier) lodged
> Satisfy requirements for approvals.

Stage 4

> Joinery selection appointment
> Tile selection appointment
> Signing Master Builders contract documents and deposit paid

Construction of your custom design signature home will begin.
